Divorce problems

I have filed for divorce in 2012 after I came back from US (in 2010)with my daughter.. Now for the past 4 years I'm undergoing a lot of mental torture as he is not giving me a divorce even when I told him I want nothing from him... All these years I have been to the court... Whereas he was happily sitting in US... He just made an appearance once when the court was going to give me ex parte divorce... For the past 6 years he has not sent a single rupee for me or my daughter... Also he does not want to give divorce as he is a sadist... The family Court is taking so much time and I feel like this is going nowhere... I'm so stressed because of this as I have to work and also take care of my daughter...
