How to withdraw PF amount non-cooperating previous company

I was working in multinational company and I quit the job without their permission. Now they will not help me to withdraw the PF. What should I do?

If they are not cooperating then send the forms directly to the RPFO requesting them to get attested from area enforcement officer giving refusal reasons. You can also go to consumer court for this.
