Intimation U/S 143(1) received

    Recently I received a U/S 143 for demand of money from Income tax department. I had filed income tax last year as per my Form-16 given by my govt company.

Can you help in that regard? It appears that in this notice period total tax deducted at source is shown less that what is in my F-16.

I suggest you look at Form 26AS and check for any discrepancies.
