Brick Leave without pay during probation in Ministry of Finance
my wife Anshu Yadav is working in ministry of Finance as Assistant through SSC CGLE 2012 and has 2 years of probation period. She joined there in August, 2013. Now for civils preparation, she wants to have 1 year leave without pay...so my question is like whether she is eligible or not? if yes then how much she can get?

All leaves except for ML & Sick leave will require prior permission. She can avail leave for 45 days in case of abortion. Getting a certificate from government doctor isn't difficult. The rest she should consult with her authority.
