Mental Harrasment by Manager
I have been mentally harassed by manager for the last 2 years and now he has alleged me for an incorrect case due to which the organization is supporting him despite me submitting documentary evidences of my innocence. They have blocked my access to workplace as well. What can I do in this situation?

I don't think there is any law against mental harassment unless it is sexual of nature.
