enquiry about extention of probation period
dear sir/ madam,
1. I am a ESIC employee, working in a ESIC Model Hospital. I want to ask you whether the paternity leaves availed during probation period can extend the period of probation.

2. I have joined the ESIC Model hospital on 23rd April 2011 but i was given nursing care allowances from 1st July mentioning that the indoor patient admission was not started since 1st July 2011. please tell me since when I should be given nursing care allowances.
