maternity leave for contrctual doctor for 1 year

maternity leave for contrctual doctor for 1 year
I am working as one year Senior Resident against GDMO in E.S.I Hospital.I applied for maternity leave but my institution is not approving my maternity leave.I want to know that am i eligible for maternity leave or not.

You'll need to get ML rules of your organization first. Use RTI to get it. Looks like yours is a central/state govt hospital.
