dear admin. i have joined at the post of rural ayurvedic medical officer under the ayurved department, govt of rajasthan 3 year before as a probationary officer (as there are provisions for a probation period of 2 year in permanent govt job). now i am on maternity leave from 15-08-2012 to 10-02-2013. in this period of last 2 year i have given an another interview for the same post and under same employer and i have recently joined the new appointment. can i avail my balanced matternity leave. thanks.

I'm not sure but all maternity leaves have mandatory requirement of delivery. Since you did not give birth during this new job posting, I don't think you can avail it in the new job.
