sir I m working in navodaya vidyalaya as pgt economics.can I take 180 days maternity leave in two spells as our school closed for summer vacation from 1 June to 31 july.I will start maternity leave from 1 April as my due date is 3 April.can I join on last working day or one day before vacations n continue maternity leave from 1 August.I want to save two months holidays that will not count in my maternity leave.is it compulsory to avail 180 days leave continuously.
