I've changed my company. I want to withdraw my PF from the last company. Do I need to pay income tax on the PF withdrawal?

It is six years in the last company.

If the PF was maintained with PF Commissioner then it'd be tax free after 5 years. But if it was maintained with private trust then, it seems it'd be fully taxed.
