I am 28. I am sharing my experience here to help understand the degree of harassment I went through. I am unable to gauge.

My boss at work, who is close to 55 years of age, sent me a WhatsApp messaged asking me to send me my photo to him. I wrote back saying I did not appreciate his message. It ended there. But right from next week, I continued to work with him - discussing work in his cabin and taking work-related approvals.

Post that incident, he did not send any such messages. But he would letch on me. He does that with many girls in the office. With me, he would often want to see what is beneath my clothes through the neck cut of the dress. Once he send a work related message on WhatsApp some time at 1 in the night.

He often passes statements like - "I want the work to be sexy" / "Those are signs of menopause (with reference to some other colleague) /" . He would also oogle at my chest, even in public.

I am unsure what action do I take.]]>

I am a ESIC employee, working in a ESIC Model Hospital. I want to ask you whether the paternity leaves availed during probation period can extend the period of probation.

2. I have joined the ESIC Model hospital on 23rd April 2011 but i was given nursing care allowances from 1st July mentioning that the indoor patient admission was not started since 1st July 2011. please tell me since when I should be given nursing care allowances.

I sent voice recordings & then requested them to come & conduct an independent investigation. A week later, Center shut down & I was served show-cause notice making false allegation that I "shouted & used abusive language at an adjoining health camp two days ago".
