			<description><![CDATA[I am 7 months pregnant. I got a job in postal department recently, also the joining date and time are yet to be inform. It may take around 2 to 3 weeks to start training. Will the post office provide Maternity leave for me? Or my selection will be cancelled due to my Pregnancy? Or can I work for 1 month and apply for ml or ccl? did they agree?]]></description>

    When employees r in child care leave, no ACRs wil be written, What about MACP in such cases.? and in EOL on medical grounds also service is counted but ACRs are not written. How will they decide MACP in such cases where ACRs are blank? Pl. advise.]]></description>
