What can be done as far as joining the govt. job is concerned as I wish to complete the regular course as only 8 months r left n moreover its going to help me in my new job as it would add to my skillset and make me more capable of handling and serving better in the new role and in getting promoted to higher level jobs within the organisation? There is a remote possibility to do the course again ever in future as it is full-time!

what could be done to save both the regular masters course and the govt. job?

Should I request for extension period before joining, during joining or after joining?

Is earned leave or CCL or leave without Pay permissible or not after joining (during the period of probation of 2 years)?

What would be the best course of action:-

I have 5.5 day CL to my credit but when I have applied for 2 day casual leave our director sanctioned 1day leave as CL and made 1 day leave as leave without pay. He has not given any reason for doing so. Our leave rules state that employees can apply for 2 day casual leave at a time.

According to my understanding leave can be made without pay only when there is no leave balance to the credit of employee. Or leave cannot be sanctioned due to office exigencies.

In my case there was no office exigencies and he has sanctioned both days leave but 1 day CL and 1 day leave without pay. Can any director penalise employee when there is leave balance to the credit of employee? I need your advise in this matter.]]>

so I applied for another 3 months of sick leave, but management people denying my request....

my place of working n my residence are at two different cities... daily I have to travel 3 hours.... my husband is working at other state... n my husband parents are old aged, n they can't look at my child..... I really need of another 3 months of leave... n I m also ready if they give 3 months on loss of pay... I very much stressed because of this....

pls advice how to deal with this.... anyone advice how could I get another 3 months leave..... any type of leaves.... or what happens if I unauthorised absented for another 3 months....]]>
