Am I eligible for mateinity leave??

I am recruited in BSNL as a TTA. I have joined my 10 weeks training on 15/12/14 and at that time I was 8 months pregnant. I delivered child on 8/1/15 and according to BSNL training center rules I could not avail any type of leave for more than 10 days otherwise I had to undergo again any new batch start after 1-2 years. Anyhow i had completed my training on 20/01/15 with availing 6 days Causal leaves.
On 21/01/15, I got posting as TTA in ahmedabad with 2 years probation period.
Now, am I eligible for maternity leave?
Please suggest me only with strong written proof otherwise it is impossible to convince my admin section.
