maternity leave with EOL
hi..
I am on my EOL leave and EOL is till Sep 2016. I am pregnant and my due date is July 10 2016 but my family and myself are in abroad so I can't travel now .Can i apply for maternity leave in July by sending the scanned copy of birth of newborn?? or i have to apply it after EOL finishes???do i need to be present there for apllying maternoty leave?? I am a state govt servant..please give me ur advice
