Can earned leave credited against availed maternity leave days
Hi all,
My wife is working with oriental bank of commerce she availed 6 months maternity leave and after joining office only 16 pl credited to his privilege leave account.
My question is ....is any circular regarding this having any one that maternity leave will be counted as on duty or not ? If no then let me know...is availed privilege leave will be counted as on duty?
