Maternity leave for women government employees

hi,
i have two questions..
1) what is the leave provision for the mother if the child die next day of the delivery? will it be counted as abortion leave or maternity leave?

2)how early one can get next maternity leave in the above case?

I'm sorry for this tragedy.

1) But if the child dies next day of delivery then the period since you started maternity leave till death should be counted as maternity leave.
2) The earliest you can take ML next time will be 6 weeks before next due date.

I felt really sad about the tragedy but even if the child die's the next day of delivery the leave would be considered as maternity leave because it was a maternity leave and the child died due to some complications which would be considered under maternity leave issues. Then in such cases you will have to resume your job within one month .
