Maternity leave queries in CBDT
i have been selected as ta in Cbdt. I will be joining within 2 months. I am pregnant and have few queries regarding maternity leave:
1)will i be granted ml during probation period.if yes with which leave can i club it so that i can get full year to be with my baby.
2)i want inter zonal transfer so will my leave hamper my transfer as i will not be able to give regular service.
3) i wish to avail age relaxation benefit in exam after giving 3 yrs of continuous service so will ml hamper that also.
