Maternity leave salary payment issue

Hi,
I am working in a private limited firm.
They are giving me 3 months of paid maternity leave but the salary will be given to me for those 3 months when I will join back and work for 80 days.
That is if my maternity leave is from December to February then I will get the salary for these 3 months in May which is working for full 3 months after my maternity leave.
Please help me, I need to know whether this is right or wrong as per maternity law.

Hi I am working with Pvt Ltd. Company from last 4 years.
I m pregnent now and my delivery date is of June, so I take leaves from 1st May,2016 for next three months.
I discussed with my HR for leaves, they told me that I will get the leaves but, it will be without salary..

so I want to know is there any rules are applicable for Pvt.ltd.companies to give Maternity leaves with pay ??
