Women wanting to get back to careers- research support

Hello Everyone,
I am Omana, an HR professional turned entrepreneur also pursuing my academic research. I am currently doing a research on helping women to get back to careers after a break/sabattical.
This could be very helpful to a lot of women out there who may want to join back the professional world and are unable to do so due to lack of required knowledge.
I am seeking volunteers with whom I will personally connect for undertaking this research. This could help millions of women in India. I am looking at following categories of women:
1. Women with a 6 months to 2 year career break from IT/ITes industry, currently looking back to rejoin
2.Women who haven't taken a break in career in the past 10 years in the IT /ITes industry
3.Women who took a career break, but have successfully joined back the old organisation
3. HR executives/managers from the IT/ITes industry.
