In my office of a strength of 72, 15 are women but there is no facility provided for woman employees beyond a separate toilet. If my health is not good, I can't even take rest anywhere in the office.

Somebody should take initiative and unite all women and raise this issue with the management!

The whole women staff of your office should conduct a meeting and make a list of your necessities and then submit it to higher authorities for getting them fulfilled. There are possibilities that the management would provide at least some of your requirements from the list.
