Regarding working hours in PSU banks
Angry What should we do to limit the working hours,if we are pressurised to sit late and work even if we have a small children. I work from 10:15 am to 6:30pm, but the bosses insist to sit late which affect the family life and childcare adversly.
Please suggest is there any rule or norm regarding family and child care
