Maternity leave during probation in private college

I am lecturer in mumbai university affilated private college.
we have two years of probation in our university. I completed one year of probation in the month of october. I am eight months pregnant now. I will be taking maternity leave form november. I am getting salary as per sixth pay. UGC norms are applicable to us. Teachers with two years of experience have got six month full pay maternity leave. I wanted to know wether i am eligible for getting six month full pay maternity leave.

You will get full maternity leave benefit but small companies/institutions may try to hold such benefits to Inferior Gender just to save money.
